Georgia Bosscher #19

Georgia began playing ultimate in 8th grade after her older siblings got her into it. She has since gotten to play for the Junior Women’s USA team in 2004 (Finland, silver) and 2006 (Boston, gold). She went on to play with Wisconsin Bella Donna through college and earned the Callahan award in 2009. She also played club with Chicago Mr. Briefcase, San Francisco Fury (3 national championships), and Madison Heist. She played at the WUCCs with Fury in Prague in 2010 (gold), WUGC in Japan in 2012 (silver), and with the World Games team in Colombia in 2013 (gold). She took last season off for work but will be playing with Madison Heist again this summer.

Away from ultimate, Georgia is a recently graduated veterinarian and has been working at the NCSU Small Animal Hospital in Raleigh for a yearlong internship. She will be starting a small animal surgical residency at UW-Madison in July. She is also addicted to fried eggs, avocados, and coffee.
